Double Door

Max dimension is 3000 x 2500mm, consist of two leaves a mobile leaf and a semi-fixed leaf (with two hatches one up and one below), the two leaves can be identical or different in width, composed of four main parts as following:

1. Door Leaf:

• Leaves made up of two pre-painted hot dip-galvanized steel sheets thickness 0.50mm (Standard), thicker sheets available (on request), Standard sheets color RAL 9010.

2. Door Frame:

• Frame is made up from extruded P.V.C profiles reinforced internally by steel and it is thermo –welded at (45^o)

• For negative temperature, a heating cable 40 w/m powered at 220 V is inserted inside the frame covered by aluminum profile.

3. Threshold:

• Three types of threshold are available depend on door application and temperature of the room.

S1 frame is only 3 parts without threshold connected to it for positive temperature.

S2 frame is only 3 parts and a 50×50 mm pre-painted steel angle is connected to the frame at the bottom and recessed into the concrete floor at 80mm floor surface for positive temperature.

S4 frame is 4 parts of P.V.C consist of (2 jambs + 2 transoms) for positive temperature.

we use high quality Italian hinged hardware; CE certified and tested up to 10000 times.
