Industrial Sliding Door Single Leaf

Max industrial sliding door one leaf is 2800x 3800 mm, doors are composed of four main parts as following:

1. Door Leaf:

• Leaf made up of two pre-painted hot dip-galvanized steel sheets thickness 0.50mm (Standard), thicker sheets available (on request), Standard sheets color RAL 9010.

2. Door Frame Specs

1. Frame is made up from extruded P.V.C profiles reinforced internally by steel and it is thermo–welded at (45^o)

2. For negative temperature, a heating cable 40w/m powered at 220v is inserted inside the frame covered by aluminum profile.

3. Threshold Type:

Four types of threshold are available depend on door application and temperature of the room.

S1 frame is only 3 parts without threshold connected to it for positive and negative temperature, heating cable will be inserted inside frame or a special rubber gasket profile.

S2 frame is only 3 parts and a 50mm pre-painted steel angle is connected to the frame at the bottom and recessed into the concrete floor, can be used for both positive and negative temperature.

S3 frame is only 3 parts, A metal angle tube 40 x 40 mm (50 x 50 mm) joined with another stainless steel on aluminum tube (20 x 40 mm) both are connected to the frame at the bottom and recessed into the concrete floor.

A heating cable 40w/m powered at 220v is inserted inside the upper stainless-steel tube which remains visible at the same floor level only for negative temperature.

1. Manual Sliding Hardware:

• Brackets in reinforced composite material and zinc-coated metal.

• Two pulleys made of composite plastic materials.
